Delivery & Returns
Postage is Royal Mail Special Delivery as standard within the UK and a signature will be required upon receipt of your parcel. I am happy to post your artwork to an alternative address if it isn't convenient for it to be sent to your home and/or billing address.
If the package isn’t signed for, it will be returned to your local depot for collection. If it is not collected within 18 days, it will be returned to me. I am happy to resend items, but would ask you to pay for the postage costs of resending the parcel.
International postage (non UK) is a flat rate of £12.50 using a trackable service, so items will need to be signed for on arrival.
Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond my control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.
All orders are processed in British Pounds Sterling.
Your order will usually be dispatched within 3 working days of payment. It is rare that a print is out of stock, but if so it can take up to 7 days to print the next batch of the edition, I’ll inform you by e-mail if there is a delay for any reason and let you know expected delivery date. Don't panic if it's required urgently for a special occasion, just let me know via email and I will do all I can to meet your request.
I carefully roll the artwork in sturdy packaging to make sure it reaches you in pristine condition. I want you to love your new artwork so in the very unlikely event that it should arrive damaged or faulty, please inform me within 48 hours so that we can arrange a refund or exchange.
If you’re returning your order for any other reason, under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling act you are entitled to a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition within seven days of receipt. Please send all returns back in their original packaging, state the reason for the return via email and let me know whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Please retain your proof of posting, as I cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.
Please give me up to 5 business days to process your refund or exchange.
I have endeavoured to give an accurate likeness of the colour and quality of my screenprints. Due to the hand printed nature of my artwork, reproduction may vary slightly.
